Our responsibility is to ship goods out from China. We can’t promise you to 100% pass your local customs, although it merely happens to us seldom. If unfortunately it happens, we will do our best to make relevant documents such as invoice, authorization letter and certificate of origin to help you clear the customs. If the goods get stopped in China customs, we will reship your orders again if same items you chose are available. Or else, we will request you to change other styles. We are not responsible for package lost, defect and damage during delivery after we shipped them out from China.

3) Issue under value on air waybill and invoice
4) For big order, we divide all items into several parcels and ship to different address or on separate days
5) Shipping cost is constantly changing; this shipping price is only for a reference. The exact freight will be calculated by its total weight or volume after we confirm your orders. Please contact us by email to finalize it.
6) Please select your favorite shipping method. If order quantity exceeds 100, contact us directly!
7) Sometimes a particular shipping way is not secure for some countries; we will inform you before delivery.
